I got charged for two rooms when I booked one I saw it the next day on my statement the manager n front desk guy sopposible fixed it n reversed it so now I have to wait a few days to get reimbursed ! Well we will see but other than that they stay was wonderful the suite room was great n perfect with extra privacy the pool n jacuzzi were decent the kids enjoyed and the breakfast was awesome the breakfast lady had everything so organized and clean overall I would definitely stay again

It's close to the freeway and very easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. It had everything I needed. Local evening traffic was very noisy outside, but inside the room I could not hear it at all. I had to get to a VERY early morning event, and this location was great for that. I cannot comment on breakfast because I was out too early for that.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It always smelled fresh and didn’t have a musty smell like some hotels. Rooms also offered great amenities such as a microwave, fridge as well as a hair dryer. There are plenty of parking spaces available. Continental breakfast is offered which is such a great convenience and offers a decent variety of items. And, staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in close proximity to restaurants, stores such as Target and Smart N Final, the metro train, etc.

Almost everything was perfect, honestly. We didn't have much trouble with anything. When we first got there, we were tryna figure out how to turn on the A/C ( I didn't know it needed it a remote lol). The lady at the desk helped us. The parking wasn't bad. The surrounding area was nice. We will definitely be coming back here.

Definitely recommend getting a suite, good value for money. Bed was comfortable, room had a lot of space as well as having the front room with a couch, second TV, fridge, microwave and desk. Bathroom was nice and well equipped. Two tvs in the suite, one in the front room and one in the bedroom. The breakfast is the morning was nice as well! Definitely recommend this place, loved my stay. Wish I could of stayed longer

Great location next to the 210 freeway in Pasadena. I got an amazing night's rest and had a nice little breakfast as I left the property. I was happy to have chosen this hotel. The bed was firm and I slept so well. The ammenities like refrigerator were helpful.

The buffet breakfast is top notch: Both cold and hot foods. And the eating area is comfortable and rather festive -- thanks to an energetic employee who keeps things going (bringing in additional food, asking if anyone needs anything and removing used utensils. It is really a first class operation. And, at 83, I have seen a lot of breakfast accommodations in various grades of hotels.

This was a great place to stay! It’s a bit far if you’re going to be in LA every day so prepare for traffic, but the price made it totally worth it. Very clean and comfortable room and facilities. I felt very safe while on the property. All of the staff were really friendly and breakfast was the best part of the day because we got to talk to Elies! She runs the breakfast services and is so fun to talk to and gave us really great suggestions for parking and other things to do around our planned activities. All around a really great place to stay, especially if all you’re planning to do is sleep and eat breakfast.

Breakfast was unexpected and Great...the variety of food choices were great and I loved the pancake machine.the amount of fruit offered was nice too..would definitely stay at this hotel again for the large selection of a Free breakfast..it was also nice to have a micro wave and refrigerator in the room also..thank you again

Staff was very friendly both checking in and checking out. There was plenty of parking upon our arrival. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Throughout our stay it was relatively quiet and comfortable. We felt safe.
